Organization Unit

The Organization Unit button opens a screen to display the organization structure levels currently assigned this curriculum. All employees who are assigned to the organization unit are then required to take the curriculum as an education requirement.

Click the card arrow to open an Organization Unit record. Organization Units can be added or deleted from this screen.

Note  

Organization Units must be previously set up on the Organization Unit configuration screen. For more information on the fields available when filtering the records, or adding, editing or viewing a record, see Configuration > Organization Unit > Organization Unit.

Effective Date

The date the curriculum becomes a requirement for the selected organization unit.

Expiration Date

The date the curriculum is no longer a requirement for the selected organization unit if applicable. If this curriculum requirement is not set to expire, leave this field blank.
