Job Class

The Job Class button opens a screen to display the job classes currently assigned this curriculum. All employees who are assigned to this job class, (or to a position linked to this job class) are required to complete this curriculum as part of their education requirements.

Job classes can be added or removed from this screen. To open a Job Class record, click the card arrow on the record.

Note  

Job Classes must be previously set up on the Job Class configuration screen. For more information on the fields available when filtering the list or adding, editing, or viewing a record, see Configuration > Labor Distribution > Job Class.

Effective Date

Expiration Date

Effective Date

The date the curriculum becomes a requirement for the selected job class.

Expiration Date

The date the curriculum is no longer a requirement for the selected job class if applicable. If this curriculum requirement is not set to expire, leave this field blank.
