Rotating Schedule Templates
The Rotating Schedule Templates button opens a screen to configure standard core schedule rotations, which are populated when the scheduling process is run. These rotating schedules can be assigned to selected employee groups or individual employees whose Home labor distribution match (or is at a structure level beneath) the values entered in the Organization Unit fields.
For more information, see Creating a Rotating Schedule Template.
It is not required that the employee has a position assignment linked to the rotating schedule profile in order to be assigned to the template. However the scheduling process will verify the qualifications of the employee based on the scheduling rules before the employee is actually scheduled to work the rotating schedule.
Note
These rotating schedules can be accessed and viewed in the employee record in
and can be modified/customized there. These modifications to an employee record will not update the Rotating Schedule Template. The following sections are available when the Rotating Schedules screen is open:

|
