Classrooms

The Classroom screen opens a listing to view, add or modify all the rooms configured to accommodate Education Tracking classes. A default classroom can be assigned to a courses/competency, or one can be selected when scheduling a class.

Steps for Adding a New Classroom Record:

  1. From the Configuration > Education Tracking, click on the Classrooms icon.

  2. Click on the Add button to open the screen to add a new record.

  3. Enter a Code and Description to identify this classroom.

  4. In the Capacity field, enter the maximum number of participants allowed for this classroom.

  5. In the Active field, set this value to Yes to show this classroom is available to be scheduled.

  6. Enter the Organization Unit where this classroom is located.

  7. Save the record.
