Offers

During the established offer period, you may be able to offer your schedules to coworkers on the Monthly View screen. Depending on your roles and data access, you may be able to view schedule offer details or to submit schedule offers from the Monthly View screen.

Since this guide is intended to explain the Monthly View screen, instructions are not provided when the system directs you away from the Monthly View screen to traditional, familiar screens or processes.

Submit a Schedule Offer

To submit a schedule offer, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Employee > Monthly View.

  2. Click the schedule to be offered and then click Offer Schedule.

    The Offer dialog appears.

  3. In the Offer dialog, enter your Requesting Comments and then click OK.

    Your schedule appears as an offered schedule.

Accept an Offered Schedule

To accept an offered schedule, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Employee > Monthly View.

  2. On the appropriate day, click Vacancy.

    The Vacancies panel appears.

  3. In the Vacancies panel, scroll to find the offered schedule.

  4. Click on the offer you would like to accept.

    The Accept Offer dialog appears.

  5. In the Accept Offer dialog, enter your Accepting Comments and then click Submit.

    Depending on how your organization unit handles schedule offers, the offered schedule may appear for you but it may still appear as an offer until it is approved by a manager.
