Scheduling Usage

This report allows you to see the number of organization units that are configured for Staffing and Scheduling and the number of schedules that were created through self-scheduling.

The report displays the following information, grouped by organization unit:

• Organization unit information

• Active Staff Configuration

  Indicates whether the organization unit has an active Staffing Configuration set up. This identifies whether Staffing and Scheduling is set up and used in a unit.

• Can Self Schedule

  Indicates whether the organization unit is configured for self-scheduling.

• # of Schedules

  Indicates the number of approved schedules in the organization unit for the specified date range.

• # of Self Schedules

  Indicates the number of approved schedules that were created through self-scheduling.

Report parameters include the following options

• The organization unit or schedule group to include in the report.

• The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.

• Whether to show only the organization units configured for Staffing and Scheduling.

  Select Y to filter out organization units not set up for scheduling.
