Attendance Transactions
This report shows attendance transactions during the pay periods that overlap the indicated date. The report is sorted by organization unit, then by employee. The report heading includes the employee code and employee name.
Report fields include the Attendance Balance Summary, which summarizes absence and tardy balances. This includes the previous pay period level, the previous pay period balance, the current pay period level and current pay period balance.
Details display an icon indicating whether the transaction was a calendar, clocking, adjustment, or edit. The pay code, job class, start date and time, end date and time, lunch length, and hours are also available. The Attendance+ code and points appear under each related category: Absence, Arrival, Departure, Early Break, Edit Calendar, Edit Clocking, Late Break, or Missed Punch. Totals are provided for each absence code.
Note
If the transaction was a clocking that has since been purged, the When Start date is the Attendance Transaction date and the When End date is blank.
Report parameters include the following options:

The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.

Whether to include employee details in the report.

The organization unit to include in the report, or organization unit information (by leaving these fields blank).

Whether to include a specific employee or all employees in the indicated organization units (by leaving this field blank).

Whether to show transaction notes attached to the transactions (Yes/No).

The organization unit level to break the report down to. The options available in the field lookups include the level entered in the organization unit parameters and lower.

Whether to include manual transactions by the transaction date when they actually occurred or by the date of the pay group instance when they were processed.

Whether to show canceled transactions notes (Yes/No).

Whether to show terminated employees (Yes/No).
