Hints for improving search results
If the search results do not include the topic you wanted or returned too many results, try the following hints:
-
Try variations of key words. For example try entering Categories instead of Category.
-
To limit the number of results, enter more key words. For example, instead of entering Category, enter Pay Code Reporting Category. To increase the number of results, enter fewer key words. For example, instead of typing Pay Code Reporting Category, enter Category.
-
Try using common abbreviations. For example, instead of typing Computer Based Training, type CBT. Alternatively, also try a full phrase instead of an abbreviation. For example, if CSO is not bringing back the desired results, type Current Staffing Overview.
