Transaction Audits
The Transaction Audits button opens a screen to view edits made to the employee's record during the selected pay period. Select a button in the Audit List Sections in the left pane to determine which types of transaction records are displayed. Only one option can be displayed at a time.
The following Audit List Sections are available in the left pane:
Adjustments |
Displays any adjustments made to the employee transactions. |
Calendars |
Displays employee calendar transactions. |
Clocking |
Displays employee clocking transactions. |
Deductions |
Displays employee deduction transactions. |
Records are grouped together under subheadings chosen from the Audit List Actions option. The following options are available:
Audit Date |
Audit records are grouped and sorted by the date an edit was made to the record. |
Application |
Audit records are grouped and sorted by software application, such as portal. |
Classification |
Audit records are grouped and sorted by type of transaction, such as inserted or updated. |
Who Modified |
Audit records are grouped and sorted by the user who made the modification. |
Audit Description |
Audit records are grouped and sorted by the action message attached to the change, such as "A calendar for Employee XX was added." |
After selecting an Audit List Section option and an Audit List Actions option, select a Pay Period from the drop down menu in the left pane. The audit information is displayed for the selected pay period.

Click on the card arrow to the right of a group to display the records within the group.

Click on the card arrow to the right of a record to view details of the transaction.

Select the Audit Report button to create a report of the audit information.
