Addresses
The Addresses button opens a screen that lists the employee's addresses. From this screen you can view, add, or edit addresses. To view the details of an existing record, click the card arrow.
The following icons are displayed to show the input Source of the record:

Manual |
This record was manually added to the system or was manually edited after it was added by another source. |

Download |
This record was added as a result of a download from a third party system |
|
Replication |
This record was added as a result of replication from the Navigator system. |
|
System |
This record was added as result of a system process. |
Action Buttons
The following Action buttons are available in the left pane:

Add
Click on the Add button to open a screen to configure a new record.

Delete Selected
The Delete button is used to remove one or more records from a screen.

Availability
Indicates the time frame the employee can be reached at this address.
Country
The name of the country in the employee address.
Classification
The type of employee address, such as Home, Work, or Office.
Effective Date
The date this address is effective for this employee.
Expiration Date
The date this address is no longer effective for this employee, if applicable.
Note
This date can be used to indicate a moving date for the employee.
First Address Line
The first line of the employee address.
Municipality
The name of the city/town of the address.
Priority Order
If there is more than one employee address, this value indicates the order the addresses should be used to contact the employee.
Second Address Line
The second line of the employee address (if needed).
State/Province
The two-character postal code identifying the state, province, territory, or armed forces location.
ZIP/Postal Code
The postal ZIP code for this address, including the 4-digit extension, if applicable.
Time Zone
The time zone associated with this employee address. Select the appropriate value from the Field Look Up Values displayed.
When the address has a Home classification and the highest priority, this value is used to record Quick Badge transactions for employees who work in a location that does not match the time zone on the server.
