Add Attendance
The Add Attendance button opens a screen to assign an attendance transaction to the employee. These occurrences can be viewed in the employee TCS screen in the Attendance+ Transactions card.
The following fields are available when adding or viewing a record: |
Attendance Code
The code that describes the attendance occurrence being tracked. The codes that are available are previously set up on the Attendance configuration screen and assigned to the organization unit specified in the previous field.
The label describing and identifying this attendance transaction.
The organization unit where this transaction is assigned. The structure level that is displayed and the label are determined by the corporate configuration.
The pay group instance where this attendance transaction is assigned.
The date of the transaction to which this attendance code should be attached.
