Groups
The Groups screen allows for definition of the fields within the groups that are available to create the download file. Some downloads contain multiple record types that are needed to be defined to download the data. Refer to the download documentation for more information.

When Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling defines the Download Type as needing multiple types, this screen displays a list of each record type that can be opened to define the groups within the Record type.

When Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling defines the Download Type as being a single type, this screen opens to a list of the groups that are able to be defined for the download configuration.
Click on the folder to the left of the group to open a screen to select the available fields in the group to include in the file.

Name
The name of the file group.
Occurrences
The number of occurrences of the Group that will be included in the download configuration.
