System Status Actions
The System Status Actions icon opens a screen to access action buttons for forwarding a copy of the most current System Status report. This report is created each time a work order is installed. The action buttons allow the user to either send this file via email to the System Support vendor web address, or to transfer a copy of this report to the License Compliance file share.
The System Status report contains the following information:

Overall status of the system, including the system server information

Process updates
-
Software updates, including the current software version information
-
Hot Fixes installed
-
Work Orders installed, including information on the last 10 work orders

Device information, including the numbers and versions of the various devices installed
Note
To access a copy of the system status report that was generated with the installation of a previous work order, go to Export Data button.

Action Buttons
The following actions are available:
Click on the Email button to send a copy of the System Status report to the System Support vendor web address.
Transfer to File Share
Click on the Transfer to File Share button to send a copy of the System Status report to the License Compliance file share.
