Archive Schedule Actions

The Archive Schedule Actions section is used to open and view employee schedule assignments.

Open Selected

The Open Selected option is used to open and view the details of the schedule record of the cell highlighted in the archived schedule grid.

Highlight the day to view a schedule, and then select the Open Selected button. All fields are read only, indicating that the information cannot be edited.

• If there is one assignment for the selected day, the screen displays the details of that assignment.

• If there is more than one assignment for the selected day, an additional screen is displayed where the user can select the assignment to be viewed.
