Viewing a Submitted Task
General Tab
The General screen is used to view an existing task record or to submit a new task to run.

Opening and Viewing a Record: To open and view an existing record, highlight and click the folder of the record from the search results. For records displayed in a grid format, click the card arrow on the record to open and view it.

Adding a New Record: Authorized users can add new records by clicking on the Add button to open a configuration screen. Fields with an asterisk are required to be completed. When all data has been entered, click on the Save button.
Note
Existing task records are read only and cannot be edited or deleted.
Reports Tab
Click on the Reports tab to open a screen with a link to a Task Receipt.
The following fields may be available:
Completed Date/Completed Time
Depending on the field, the date or time that the submitted task completed processing.
Current Progress
Displays the message of the progress of the process. The progress can be updated by clicking on the Refresh icon in the web tool bar. If the process did not complete successfully, the last error message is displayed.
Employee Code
The identification code of the employee who submitted the task.
Employee First Name
The first name of the employee who submitted the task.
Employee Last Name
The last name of the employee who submitted the task.
Process Definition Code
The code identifying the type of processing to be initiated with this task, such as EmpDownload.
Submitted Date/Submitted Time
Depending on the field, the date or the time (in 24-hour format) that the task was submitted for processing.
Successful
Indicates whether or not the submitted task was successfully completed (Yes/No).
Status
Indicates the status of the task being searched, such as Submitted, Processing, Completed or Timed Out.
