Schedules

The Schedules button opens a wizard to configure or to view the frequency that this task is to automatically run. To view the details of a previously configured record, click the arrow on the card. The configured scheduled ranges and frequency are displayed.

Note  

The screens that are displayed when running through the wizard are determined by field options selected in the previous screen.

Action Buttons

The following Action buttons may be available in the left pane for adding or deleting related records:

Add

The Add button opens a screen where authorized users can create a new record.

Delete Selected

The Delete button is used to remove one or more records from a screen.

Schedule Range

Indicates how often this task should be run. Depending on the option selected, additional configuration screens may be available.

The following options are available in the Scheduled Range field:

Month

Indicates the task is scheduled to be run on a monthly basis. Additional screen configuration determines the months included and the day within the month the task is run, such as first, last, or specific day. Click on the link to the right to open a screen with more configuration details.

Simple

Indicates this task is run on a regular cycle. Additional screen configuration determines if the cycle of this task is based on minutes, hours, or days. Click on the link to the right to open a screen with more configuration details.

Start Up

Indicates this task is run every time the application is started.
